About the role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at BlueSprig, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of behavior technicians to implement ABA therapy programs.
- Develop and oversee individualized intervention plans for clients.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in clinical committees, advisory boards, and professional development opportunities.

Pay
- Annual Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (depending on start date and location)
- Total Annual Compensation: $87,000 - $103,000
