Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – New & Early Career BCBAs Welcome

About the role

As a BCBA at Olive Branch ABA, you will guide treatment planning and support the clinical progress of the children on your caseload.

• Conducting behavioral assessments
• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Providing parent training and family guidance
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment goals when needed
• Collaborating with other members of the clinical team

Requirements

BCBA certification
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Experience supervising RBTs or completing supervision hours during training
Strong communication and leadership skills
Commitment to ethical and high-quality services
