The Role

You'll own treatment for the children on your caseload — assessment, individualized programming, RBT supervision, and parent training — while admin and scheduling support handles the paperwork that usually eats your day.

Setting: Hybrid in-home-remote in Spring, TX
Caseload: capped at 8 clients, so you can give each family real attention
Schedule: flexible: full-time and part-time positions available

Duties

  • Conduct behavioral assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs
  • Provide parent training and family guidance
  • Monitor progress and adjust goals
  • Collaborate with the broader clinical team

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs (including supervision completed during training)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and a collaborative, ethical approach to care
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
