The Role
You'll own treatment for the children on your caseload — assessment, individualized programming, RBT supervision, and parent training — while admin and scheduling support handles the paperwork that usually eats your day.
Setting: Hybrid in-home-remote in Spring, TX
Caseload: capped at 8 clients, so you can give each family real attention
Schedule: flexible: full-time and part-time positions available
Duties
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Provide parent training and family guidance
- Monitor progress and adjust goals
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team

Compensation & Benefits

What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience supervising RBTs (including supervision completed during training)
- Strong communication, leadership, and a collaborative, ethical approach to care
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
