Job Summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism. This is an in-person position offering caseloads of up to 35–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA services, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions.
  • Work closely with the client, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to create impactful change and promote meaningful skill development.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Create and implement interventions based on the client’s behavior support plan (BSPs), including:
    • Environmental arrangement
    • Proactive behavioral strategies
    • Acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs)
    • Reduction of maladaptive behaviors
  • Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Assistants.
  • Deliver caregiver training and support.
  • Ensure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reports.
  • Maintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standards.
  • Engage in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention.
  • Maintain service authorization timelines and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism.
  • Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services.
  • Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
  • Criminal background check consent.
