Job Summary
Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to male clients with moderate to severe autism. This is an in-person position offering caseloads of up to 35–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home and community-based ABA services, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions.
- Work closely with the client, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to create impactful change and promote meaningful skill development.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Create and implement interventions based on the client’s behavior support plan (BSPs), including:
- Environmental arrangement
- Proactive behavioral strategies
- Acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs)
- Reduction of maladaptive behaviors
- Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Assistants.
- Deliver caregiver training and support.
- Ensure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reports.
- Maintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standards.
- Engage in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention.
- Maintain service authorization timelines and compliance.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism.
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
- Criminal background check consent.
