Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-Lead Clinical Supervisor (Hybrid)

Civitas Health Services is seeking a passionate BCBA-Lead Clinical Supervisor who shares our dedication to serving the autism community. As one of the first providers in Virginia for Medicaid Behavioral Therapy, Civitas specializes in home-based ABA services through a multidisciplinary approach.

Position Title

BCBA - Lead Clinical Supervisor (Remote with limited onsite presence)

BCBA Salary Range

$96,000 - $118,000 commensurate with experience

Bonus Incentive Program

You will be enrolled in our monthly performance-based incentive program, MAP (Motivation, Ambition, Progress). This point-based program allows you to earn up to $10,000 annually in bonuses, in addition to your base salary.

Qualifications (Minimum)

• BCBA / LBA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

Job Duties

• Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and/or community)
• Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
• Training and development of Registered Behavior Technicians
• Data analysis
• Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
• Conduct clinical supervision
• Provide weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service continuity
• Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
