About the role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will supervise and oversee all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plans. They will lead the development and implementation of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations. The BCBAs will engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming, identify training needs, and develop and conduct those trainings.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plans.
  • Lead the development and implementation of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations.
  • Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
  • Identify training needs and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
  • Conduct/oversee team screening admission evaluations and intake assessments; oversee the admission, transition, and discharge processes.
  • Coincide and lead clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons' served.
  • Serve as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
  • Conduct and present research to internal and external audiences.
  • Serve as a clinical supervisor, implementing ABA themselves but also, training and directly supervising Behavior Support Specialists.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, required.
  • BCBA certification required. New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required.
  • Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred.
  • Prior management experience is also preferred.

Qualifications

Pay

  • $80,340 - $94,666

Schedule
