Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in St. Louis Up to $100K + $10K Sign-On Bonus

About the role

AB Spectrum provides specialized ReggioABA™ therapy for children ages 2–6, blending evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis with the child‑led, creative principles of Reggio Emilia. The BCBA serves as a clinical leader, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members, and maintaining ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
• Develop individualized, data‑driven treatment plans and BIPs
• Monitor progress and make clinically appropriate adjustments
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and ABA Implementers
• Support practicum students and develop future clinicians
• Partner with families and caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBAs, SLPs, and other members of the care team
• Provide staff training and ensure clinical protocols are implemented effectively
• Maintain ethical and clinical standards per BACB requirements

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB
• Licensed or eligible for Missouri LBA licensure
• Master’s‑level clinician in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children and families
• Collaborative, organized, and clinically driven
• Passionate about mentorship and continuous learning

Pay

$75,000–$100,000 salary, based on experience. Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 (Florissant) or $5,000 (St. Peters).

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–3:45 PM. No evenings or weekends. One hybrid/remote day each week.
