Responsibilities
- Conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Developing individualized, data‑driven treatment plans and BIPs
- Monitoring progress and making clinically appropriate adjustments
- Providing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and ABA Implementers
- Supporting practicum students and developing future clinicians
- Partnering with families and caregivers
- Collaborating with BCBAs, SLPs, and other members of the care team
- Providing staff training and ensuring clinical protocols are implemented effectively
- Maintaining ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB requirements
