Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver and family training to promote treatment success
- Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Ensure documentation meets clinical, ethical, and payer requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and applicable state regulations
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- North Carolina BCBA licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Compensation
- Salary range: $85,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience
- Alternative hourly compensation option available
- Additional earning opportunities through performance incentives and extra billable hours
