Job Summary
Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We offer full-time or part-time positions with back office support, leadership, mentorship, and flexible work hours.
About the Role
We provide top-tier ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum. Our BCBAs design individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
- Create positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to the individual
- Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans
- Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
Requirements
- Valid BCBA Certificate
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
