Location

3 days on-site at our Savannah, GA center, 2 days remote per week (for those living over 50 miles from the center).

Responsibilities

• Design & implement personalized ABA therapy plans that create real, measurable impact.
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians/RBTs with coaching and expertise.
• Partner with families to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
• Stay current with the latest ABA research and best practices.
• Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
• Uphold ethical standards in all aspects of care.

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Pay

$87,000-$105,000 base salary plus additional monthly bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday through Friday. No weekends. Flexible scheduling.
