Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
• Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in‑clinic and remote work
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Experience in clinic‑based, in‑home, or hybrid ABA service models
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit

Pay

• Base Salary: $90K‑$110K based on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses – up to $2,600 per month ($31,200 annually)
• Generous Sign‑On Bonus – based on start date and location
• Student loan repayment – up to $437 per month

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, no nights or weekends
• Hybrid option: 1‑2 work‑from‑home days per week, based on clinical needs
