Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid/Flexible (part-time hours)

About the role

Mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows.
Contribute to program development, research, and pilot initiatives.
Build skills in supervision, training, and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support up to 5 RBTs
  
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and review progress
  
• Collaborate regularly with clinical leadership on complex cases
  
• Participate in mentorship and leadership activities (not just billables)
  
• Billable expectations are not tied to your compensation—you’re paid for your full role, not just hours.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
  
• State licensure
  
• ~2+ years as a BCBA (3+ years in ABA total preferred)
  
• Strong clinical judgment and interest in mentorship/leadership

Pay

Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD
