About the role
Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national ABA franchise dedicated to providing quality services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our model integrates effective ABA practices, a supportive environment, community activities, safety measures, and strong parental involvement.
Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- 32 billable hours target
- Quality Assurance:
- Perform Assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
- Safety Management
Qualifications/Requirements
- Maintains BACB Certification
- Texas LBA License (Preferred)
- Maintains State Certification
- Maintains BLS/CPR certification
- Maintains NPI number
- Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
- Maintains updated CAQH account
- Maintains Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university
- No remote work experience
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
