About the role

Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national ABA franchise dedicated to providing quality services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our model integrates effective ABA practices, a supportive environment, community activities, safety measures, and strong parental involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • 32 billable hours target
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Perform Assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
    • Create Individualized, research-based client programs
    • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
    • Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
    • Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
    • Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training
    • Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
    • Safety Management

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Maintains BACB Certification
  • Texas LBA License (Preferred)
  • Maintains State Certification
  • Maintains BLS/CPR certification
  • Maintains NPI number
  • Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
  • Maintains updated CAQH account
  • Maintains Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university
  • No remote work experience
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
