About the role
As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Clinical Director with:
- Hiring, training, supervising, and developing Behavior Technicians
- Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth
- Provide Consultation and Support to families and children
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
Our collaborative team offers highly individualized services for clients on the autism spectrum and related disorders. These services may include:
- Functional behavior assessments
- Curriculum-based assessments
- Consultation
- Working with insurance companies
- Direct therapy, if needed
- Development or delivery of small group training
- Coaching
- Mentoring of staff
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Highly motivated team player
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Ability to think globally and make sound decisions

Pay
- Clinic and Home Based; Full-Time, Exempt Position: $85,000 - $100,000
- Clinic and Home Based; Part-time: $36.00-$50/hr.
Schedule
- Clinic and Home Based; Full-Time, Exempt Position: 8:15 am-7:00pm (rotating closing shift)
- Clinic and Home Based; Part-time: 10-15 per week in person (rotating closing shift)
