About the role
Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is clinician‑owned and clinician‑operated, so we understand what clinicians need to do their best work. We are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our patients while creating a supportive, collaborative environment where our clinical team can thrive. At Reliant ABA, we’re more than just another ABA provider — we’re a passionate community dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families throughout Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, Texas. Our clinicians work with children from birth through age 12, helping them build meaningful skills in communication, behavior, social interaction, independence, and emotional well‑being through evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis. Because great care goes beyond one discipline, our BCBAs can provide truly holistic, wraparound care by collaborating with our Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy teams.
A Supportive Clinical Community: You shouldn't have to choose between doing meaningful work and feeling supported at work. At Reliant, you'll be surrounded by clinicians who understand the challenges and rewards of ABA. Collaboration, communication, and teamwork are at the heart of our culture, and every team member's contribution matters.
Work That Truly Matters: As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful changes for children and their families. Your clinical expertise will help children develop skills that can improve their independence, communication, relationships, and overall quality of life.
