Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $85-$95/hour
• Part-Time: Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Anywhere in Missouri

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Serve as a supervisor to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
