Job Duties
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in clinic and home settings
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
- Deliver ongoing program oversight, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care
- Provide parent training and support to promote skill generalization across environments
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure client success
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards
- Foster a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Active state licensure (LBA) as required
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between clinic and client homes
