About the role
The role involves providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and training families and staff.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
- Conduct assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Train families and staff on behavior analytic techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and outcomes in client records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred
- Valid Illinois teaching license or ability to obtain one within six months
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavior analytic principles and techniques
Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening test
- Pass a physical examination

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data management software

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
