Job Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
- Create comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs
- Train, supervise, and guide RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in the implementation of treatment plans
- Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed
- Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of the client's progress on our data collection platform
- Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers
- Cookordinate treatment with other members of the client's team
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and state licensure
- Current malpractice insurance
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders
- Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc
- Strong supervisory and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
- Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute/Relocate
- Atlanta, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification
- BCBA (Required)
Willingness to Travel
