Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement behavior intervention strategies based on client needs.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and ongoing evaluation.
  • Modify treatment plans as needed to support positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
  • Provide guidance and support related to behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Understanding of behavioral health documentation and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, families, and clinical teams.
