Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement behavior intervention strategies based on client needs.
- Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and ongoing evaluation.
- Modify treatment plans as needed to support positive behavioral outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
- Provide guidance and support related to behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention strategies.
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Understanding of behavioral health documentation and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, families, and clinical teams.
