Strategic Therapy Autism Services is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to helping children on the autism spectrum thrive. - Plan, develop, and oversee all aspects of individual treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of ethical and effective ABA intervention.
- Conduct comprehensive, systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, to inform the creation of targeted, cutting-edge skill acquisition and intervention programs.
- Utilize the full spectrum of applied behavior analysis principles to teach crucial new skills, including social interactions, self-control, maintenance of behaviors, and generalization across diverse settings.
- Function as a dedicated supervisor, providing hands-on oversight and expert training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other field staff to ensure program integrity and professional development.
- Facilitate supportive and informative family conversations, guiding them through assessment results, clinical recommendations, and next steps in their child’s journey.
- Review and sign off on all behavior/treatment plans, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to all regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Credentials: Current BCBA certification and license in the state of New Jersey (or ability to obtain before starting).
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Expertise: Demonstrated clinical competence and experience applying ABA principles, especially with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Assessment Acumen: Familiarity with and the ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
- Core Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and organizational abilities.
- (Preferred): 1 year of professional BCBA in home experience is a bonus, but we encourage highly-qualified new BCBAs to apply!
