Guided by values of growth, resilience, and empowerment, River Rock Academy provides specialized education and counseling for students facing behavioral and academic challenges. We seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help students find the internal power to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans
• Analyze behavior data to evaluate and refine interventions
• Lead staff training on ABA principles and crisis intervention techniques
• Participate in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and multidisciplinary meetings
• Collaborate with families, educators, and service providers to promote student growth

Requirements

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
• Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental challenges
• Strong data analysis and collaboration skills
• Ability to coach, train, and support multidisciplinary staff

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
