Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, helping them build meaningful, life-changing skills.
• Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and adjust programs based on real progress.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs), helping them grow and succeed.
• Collaborate with families to ensure skills carry over into everyday life — because that's where progress matters most.
• Keep things compliant and high-quality with clean documentation and data-driven decision making.

Pay & Schedule

• Full Time: $75K–$90K salary
• Part Time: $70–$80 per hour
• Flexible Schedule | Hybrid Options | Remote only option | Clients Near You
