Join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with special needs. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
  • Train staff on behavior analysis techniques and program implementation
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
