About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with special needs. We are seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior intervention programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on data-driven decision making
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
- Train staff and families in behavior analysis techniques
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania Behavior Analyst Certification (BACB)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or similar disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
