Job Summary
We currently have part-time and full-time openings for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Burlington, MA and surrounding areas. At Cortica, our BCBAs use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
About the Role
You’ll provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care, while enjoying the flexibility and support you deserve. As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
