What You'll Do
- Congduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs to improve client outcomes
- Deliver services across in-home, school-based, and telehealth settings
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering your treatment plans
- Provide parent and caregiver training on behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic client care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
What You'll Need
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
- North Carolina LBA licensure, or willingness to obtain it (we'll help)
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Access to reliable transportation for in-home and school-based sessions in the Triangle
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership working with RBTs and families
