Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and support for behavior technicians and clinical staff.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with BACB guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and delivering exceptional care.
