About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and more.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
  • Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active GA LBA
  • Lives in GA or within 50 miles
  • Experience in ABA therapy and supervision
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote)
