About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and more.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
- Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Active GA LBA
- Lives in GA or within 50 miles
- Experience in ABA therapy and supervision
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote)
