Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians
• Conduct assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
• Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment
• Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Comply with company policies and procedures and ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed
• Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
• Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
