About the role

Advanta Autism Care is a growing ABA provider serving children and families across the Colorado Front Range, including Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland, and surrounding communities. We provide compassionate, high quality in-home, in-school, and community-based ABA services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on collaboration, clinical quality, and meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians
  • Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments
  • Review client progress and make data-based treatment decisions
  • Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate
  • Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working in home and community settings
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred
  • New BCBAs are welcome to apply. Mentorship and support are available.
