Compensation & Benefits

  • $80–$90 per hour, based on experience
  • Limited administrative burden—we handle scheduling, intake, and insurance authorizations
  • Dedicated operational support, including: Scheduling, Insurance authorizations, Client onboarding, Family communication, RBT coordination, General administrative support

What Your Earnings Could Look Like

Based on 20 billable hours per week:

  • $80/hour = $1,600/week = $70,400/year (44 weeks - approx. 2 months off)
  • $90/hour = $1,800/week = $93,600/year (44 weeks - approx. 2 months off)

What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Serve as a supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS) while maintaining high clinical standards
  • Provide parent training and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

What We're Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Current residence in the State of Colorado
