What Your Earnings Could Look Like
- Based on 20 billable hours per week
- $80/hour = $1,600/week = $7,200 per 4-week month = $93,600/year (52 weeks)
- $90/hour = $1,800/week = $7,200 per 4-week month = $93,600/year (52 weeks)
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Serve as a supervisor for RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
- Provide parent training and ongoing support
- Maintain client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Current residence in the State of Colorado
