About the role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, overseeing their execution by RBTs and caregivers. You will conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention and supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
- Perform other typical BCBA activities
Requirements
- Master's degree
- Active BCBA certification
- Initiate state licensure process prior to start date (if required)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 (Full-Time) with a relocation package up to $10,000
