Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

About the role

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABA Centers of Georgia will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. They will oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Active BCBA certification, required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Active BCBA certification, required

$95,000 - $120,000 (full-time)
