Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

About the role

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available at ABA Centers of Georgia. This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $15,000, as well as student loan forgiveness up to $24,000.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Perform other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Active BCBA certification, required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.

Skills

Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting are essential. Proficiency in using ABA software and tools is also required. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
