About the role

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available at ABA Centers of Georgia. This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $15,000, as well as student loan forgiveness up to $24,000.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Perform other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record
