Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

About the role

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Fitchburg, MA. Starting salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, with a relocation package up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Active BCBA certification, required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Proven ability to conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record
