What You’ll Do
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Creating and overseeing behavior intervention plans
- Analyzing data and making treatment decisions based on client progress
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs through ongoing training and support
- Providing parent and caregiver training
- Collaborating with families and other professionals involved in client care
- Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
- Contributing ideas that help improve our services and strengthen our clinical culture
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA Certification in good standing
- Active Georgia LBA
- Must reside in GA or within 50 miles of border
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
- A team-oriented mindset and desire to help build something meaningful
