Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Offer trauma-informed, ethical care to support the individuals served.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
