About the role

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCaBA) – Immediate Hiring in Greenville, NC. Full‑time position providing in‑home and clinic‑based ABA services. Interview process: 1 round.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs.
• Monitor patient progress through data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers.
• Train and support parents and caregivers on behavior‑management strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
