About the role
Become a key member of our thriving team at Thrive Therapy. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to help clients achieve meaningful progress in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
- Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
- Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing its effectiveness
- Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
- Assessment of client progress over time
- Flexible scheduling; choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia

Requirements
- Behavior Specialist License (Required)
