We partner with our local schools to provide Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) services to PreK-12 students nationwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) serving a school located in Redwood City, CA. The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs. Job Details Full-time, 37.5 hours/weekSeptember 2026 - May 20276 - 12 grades Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Analyze behavioral data and make data-driven recommendationsProvide consultation to teachers, administrators, and related service providersParticipate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings as neededCollaborate with families to support consistency across school and home environmentsMonitor student progress and adjust interventions based on outcomesGuaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning timeOn-site, in personManageable caseloadsDual support from the District and TheraPeds$70 - $85+/hour ($2625-$3375/week+) Requirements Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related fieldExperience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based behavioral interventionsLicensing with the State Department of Education, where requiredExperience working with childrenExperience in a school setting preferred, but not requiredOrganizational and time management skillsProficient in use of technologyFingerprint background clearanceAbility to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications Physical Requirements Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
