Responsibilities
- Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
- Data collection utilizing Central Reach.
- Billable hour requirements for full-time BCBAs: 25 hours
- Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs: 15 hours
- Completing intake and assessments.
- Parent training.
- Collaborating with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
- Mentoring a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s Degree
- High emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
