Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Review session notes and clinical reports
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality

Requirements

• Master’s degree required
• Active BCBA certification
• LBA required
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum

Pay

Up to $150,000 annually, plus $5,000 sign-on / retention bonus and weekly pay.

Schedule

Flexible schedules in home, school, and community settings.
