About the role

Speech Teachers of North Georgia is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help launch and grow a high-quality ABA program within an established pediatric therapy practice. This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who wants to help shape systems, influence culture, and build services that will impact children and families throughout North Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Help guide ABA program development
• Develop clinical systems and best practices
• Plan staff training and supervision
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance
• Implement family-centered service delivery
• Collaborate between ABA and Speech Therapy services

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in ABA and behavior analysis
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children and families
