About the role

Mentor South Bay is expanding its services to include a fun, play-based center designed to support the growth and thriving of children and families. This role involves providing Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health, and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Responsibilities

  • Work with individuals and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
  • Create individualized treatment plans to help individuals improve.
  • Use training and creativity to explore solutions for challenging problems in various settings.
  • Train team members to reinforce behavioral plans.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • BCBA Certification and LBA License required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
