  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required, Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, proven experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs, strong organizational and leadership abilities, passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
  • Knowledge of insurance and documentation requirements
  • Crisis management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
