About the role
Pediatric Therapies Hawai‘i is seeking a BCBA to support our ABA services on Maui. We provide ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy across Maui.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship for RBTs
- Deliver clinic-based and natural environment services
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collect, analyze, and report data
- Ensure ethical and clinical excellence
- Support program development and community outreach
Requirements
- Required: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field, 1+ year experience as a BCBA, experience with clinic-based ABANatural Environment Teaching (NET), Parent training, Multidisciplinary teams (OT/PT/SLP), Familiarity with Maui’s local community
- Preferred: Experience with Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Parent training, Multidisciplinary teams (OT/PT/SLP), Familiarity with Maui’s local community

$90,000–$110,000 annually | $60-$70 per hour
